Quality of service: A dissertation on the quality of service shown by the real estate industry. [Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce in Real Estate and Property Management, Lincoln University]
The purpose of the dissertation was to find out the quality of service that the real estate industry provides to the purchasers and sellers of residential property in Christchurch. I have researched raw data on this topic and have presented the findings of a survey of sellers and buyers of residential property. I have not gone further to put forward reasons for the results but rather clearly present the results graphically. Also I have added some narrative explanation to the graphs so as to clarify what categories were made and what they include.
