This research project provides an overview of the funding and rating review undertaken by the Rangitikei District Council during 1994 - 1995. The document provides an outline of the Rangitikei District itself. It gives an indication of the processes used throughout the review and discusses some of the relevant information the council took into consideration during the review process.
